1. Can I demo more rackets?
We have limited the number of demos per order to two (2) in order to meet customer demand. However, there is no limit to how many times you can use our demo program. If you don't get all the rackets you'd like the first time, submit a new order once the previous order is returned!
2. How much does it cost?
Each racket requires a desposit of $150.00, which is refunded in full to the original form of payment once the demos are returned to us. Shipping is a flat rate of $25.00, (plus tax, based on your location) which is not refundable. Please note, demo rackets can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.
Note: You may demo a maximum of two (2) rackets at one time. All additional product included with a demo order over 1lb will be placed on a separate order, and additional shipping charges may apply. Gift cards may not be used towards demo orders. Only a valid credit card can be used to pay for the deposit and shipping fees.
3. How long does it take to receive the demos and how long may I keep them?
Demos arrive within two days of shipping and may be kept for up to one week. For example, if you receive them on Monday, return them the following monday; if received on Tuesday, return the following Tuesday.
4. How do I return the demos to Padel Warehouse?
We provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label in the box. To send the demos back, simply place the return label over the demo box's existing label and then take it to any staffed UPS station, or give it to any UPS driver. You won't be charged any additional fees when you return the demos through UPS with the pre-paid return label.
Note: be sure to ONLY use the provided demo UPS return shipping label for reutrning demos as this will guarantee insurance, tracking, and proper return for demos. Customers are responsible for providing a tracking number if returned by another shipping method.
5. Are there late fees?
We want everyone to have a chance to try these rackets, so it's important that they come back on time. If you return a racket late, there is a non-refundable $10 fee per day for each racket. If a racket is more than 7 days late, we will keep your deposit and charge you the difference for the full retail value of the racket.
