Reengineered for speed

Endorsed by Daniil Medvedev, the TFIGHT 305S gets updated with a faster feel while continuing to deliver outstanding command over the ball. Like the previous version, this racquet combines a control-oriented 98in² head with the accuracy of an 18 main string pattern. Newly updated with a more head light balance, this version of the 305S is noticeably faster than its predecessor. The upshot is a far more user-friendly racquet, one that offers spin-friendly acceleration from the baseline and much quicker handling at net. In addition to a welcomed boost in speed, Tecnifibre reinforces the RS Section Beam to provide a more powerful response. Under the hood, this stick is packed with foam, giving it a wonderfully solid and plush feel at impact. Other technologies include Tecnifibre's ISOFLEX System, which creates a more uniform feel across the string bed, reducing shock and power loss on off-center hits. Ultimately, this impressive update checks all the right boxes. In addition to offering surgical targeting and enough pop to close out points, the boost in speed makes this one hard to put down.

Great racquet with balance power and controlI played for more 30 years. My 1st racquet was Prince Graphite 110. I love to play with racquets with great spin, control and power. This racquet shows a rare combination of them all. Two thumbs up!

Power, Control, and Comfort!I played with a ProKennex Kinetic Pro 5G Classic for over 10 years due to tennis elbow issue. Please note that still got tennis elbow issue intermittently while using the ProKennex Kinetic Pro 5G Classic, even though it is advertised as being very arm-friendly. Any ways, back to the review of the TFight 305S. I demoed it for a week and loved it. Easy power with great control. And the best thing, very arm friendly. I customized my TFight 305S to be about 9 pts HL to provide the feel that I like in a racquet and it has been amazing. By adding about 15g to the handle (TW leather grip + overwrap grip), the racquet is more stable and maneuverable than the stock version. Highly recommend giving this racquet a try.

I switched to this racquetI’m in my 50s. I used the 2 generations of Head Gravity Tour but their latest iteration is going for 16x19 string pattern so I looked for similar racquets. I’m glad I found this one. From the baseline my old gravity tour is still just a bit better, but on the net, TFight 305s is better on volleys due to its maneuverability. Since I play more doubles nowadays the switch to this racquet is a no brainer. I used Velocity MLT 17 on mains at 54lbs and Hawk Touch 17 at 51lbs on cross, cut the strings after 2-3 weeks, I play 3-4 times a week.

305 med idplayed it firt time today. i own three other 305s white models. this blueonfel heavier and not as airey. got used to it after 30min, heavier solid feel like maybe like ezone 98 or even PA 98. my problem may be due to switching to Luxilon alu power onthis one. ill try it a lil more, but maybe switch back to cyclone or tf poly, like my other tf 305s whites. tomas 5.5 , 55 /53 lbs.

Worthy of the hypeString bed is more lively than expected from a 98 with 18 mains. Likely attributed to the combination of its unique beam shape, slightly thicker beam relative to near competitors, and one less cross than the more common 18x20 patterns. This makes it play closer to the top 98s with 16 mains on the market than a typical control frame. Somehow topspin potential is on par with the Aero 98 but accessibility to that spin is restricted behind a higher minimum swing speed. In exchange, the racquet offers improved touch, directional, and depth control. Stability relative to static weight is impressive; it is solid in stock form and a rock with extra weight. This is noticeable when taking balls off the bounce, at net, on returns, and on the slice. The low static weight makes this a great platform to customize to your needs. Weight at the top of the hoop was particularly helpful by forcing the ball to flatten more onto the dense string bed for more spin. Weight in the handle noticeably improved for volleys and returns against heavy hitters (for reference my hitting partners are college level). A caveat about stiffness is that this that despite being rated at 63 RA, the racquet felt stiffer (probably 64-65). I can say this somewhat confidently because the racquet I’m switching from after a decade of use is the Babolat Pure Control Tour at 63 RA but the TFight felt stiffer despite being less dense in the sweet spot. For me this was actually a positive particularly on serves and deep penetrating slices, two standout areas for this racquet, but for others this might be an unpleasant surprise. Another caveat to consider is the more rectangular grip shape. This was not a problem for me since I use the larger #4 grip which made finding the smaller bevels easier. Others using the smaller grips might have some perceived stability issues with semiwestern forehand grips until they can adjust. This racquet stands out as a true all court frame with exceptional shot variety. It is forgiving enough where anyone with full strokes should find success with this racquet but players looking for decent topspin accessible at lower swing speeds will likely find other options more convenient to use for their typical rallies. An extra pro is that this racquet has a particularly satisfying thocc sound on hit.

One of the best racquets for many yearsMy main racquet is Wilson RF 01 pro. I got one of these racquets as a demo due to everyone raving over it. I was pleasantly surprised. For one thing it does some things better than my own racquet and that is like kick serves due to lower weight that allows more acceleration and easier maneuverability. The TFight 305s almost has better feel than my own RF 01 racquet and surprisingly high level of twist weight. It is a solid racquet. I am switching to it. Great grounded, superb net play and awesome serve. Totally happy with the racquet that I don’t have to customize too much.
